FAEMAT has been the first company that
designed and manufactured this type of
electrospindle since 1980.

We produce a wide range of version with
maximum speed up to 80000 rpm and
power up to 12 kW.

Supplied with the following version of adaptor:
- manual with collet
- manual with HSK arbor version "C" DIN 69893
- automatic with HSK version "E" DIN 69893.

Thanks to an unclamping piston and internal
sensors, the electrospindle can be installed
on a milling center working controlled by the
CN of the machine tool automatically.

They have a rear interchangeable arbor chosen by customer that allows a
quick installation both on existing machine and new milling centers for
roughing and finishing of moulds, dies, etc..

They are equipped with hybrid ceramic bearings for high speed, lubricated
with life time grease to make the electrospindle simple, with reduced
maintenance, of easy installation and longer life-time.

Milling electrospindle with
manual (Fig. 1) or automatic
tool-change (Fig. 2) to be fitted
on machine tools straight from
the manufacturer by means of a
cylindric support or subsequently.
Type with the automatic tool
change CU, besides using the
usual ISO 7388 DIN 69871
arbors, can adopt the new HSK
DIN 69893 generation.

Milling electrospindles to be
fitted on existing machines via
arbor, available in two types:
with manual tool-change
manufactured for plane and
not deep applications (Fig. 3)
or with extended attachment
assembled on bearings for
deep applications without
vibrations (Fig. 4)

with automatic tool-change, using
ISO 10-15-20-30 DIN 69871 arbors
with tool presence sensor, the
electrospindle can be connected
to the CN to become an integrating
part of the machine tool (Fig. 5)
