Electrospindle designed for high speed milling.
Can be cylindrical with or without fixing flange,
or square section for 5 axes milling machine tool.

The maximum achievable speed is 75000 rpm
(with HSK 25 arbor), while the output power is up
to 60 kW in S1 condition with a torque of 300 Nm.

Electrospindles belonging to this family can be
designed for arbors ISO DIN 69871, BT, HSK
DIN 69893-CAPTO- NIKKEN 3 LOCK and others.

The tool change is built in and works automatically
thanks to the hydraulic or pneumatic pressure,
some internal sensors check the displacements
to assure safety and availability in time.

Most of them is equipped with hybrid ceramic
bearings, grease-packed or with air oil lubrication
system with hydraulic preload in order to ensure
rigidity, precision and life time.


According to customer's request, they can be equipped with several
options such as:

- Bearing temperature sensors.
- Vibration sensor
- Rotary Joint for cooling through the tool center

Encoder for electrospindles closed loop vector control. This allows
shaft's correct positioning before tool change. Moreover allows to
achieve high and constant torque at low speed, making critical
operation feasible such as rigid tapping.





FAEMAT electrospindles can interface with the
major driver and CNC manufacturer (FANUC,
SIEMENS, HEIDENHAIN, INDRAMAT, NUM, etc.).

They are always equipped with:

- Two thermal switch for HF motor
- Sensor for tool change detection
- Spindle nose pressurization
- External anti-wear treatment
- Liquid cooling

FAEMAT can also design and manufacture
special purpose electrospindles of each and
every high speed milling machine and
machining center builders as it is shown.
