Reaming of exact holes, if a very high tool
life and very good surface finish is required,
e.g. for the manufacture in series or on
transfer lines.
Best drilling geometry, no affinity with other
cutting materials, best economy.
Successful application only for 10% and more oil emulsion.
Cermet reamers for high precision, clean and polished holes, as no
built-up edges, long tool life. For all ferrous and steel materials as
well as CrNi steel etc.
