The BALANSETTER rearranges the tool preparation for high speed machining. Now the individual tasks of balancing and presetting - including data transfer - are combined in one machine. This makes the investment more economical, saves time due to a reduction in operational steps, and abolishes the need for walking to another workstation. The machine further occupies joinly one single, compact space, and provides simultaneous access to the data from both operations.

On the one hand the BALANSETTER is a balancing system with unsurpassed speed and precision, equipped with the very latest measuring system for operational flexibility and efficiency. On the other hand both the external preset- ting and measuring of the tools and tool- holders can be carried out on one machine. Test machining otherwise necessary to adjust the machine tool can thus be reduced or eliminated completely, dependent on the required machine tolerance.

The BALANSETTER can output the preset- ting data to display, printer or PC. The results of the measuring optionally may be processed using the WIN-PRESET software for data transfer to NC machines. 		[Balansetter]
