The floor standing balancing machines MTB 7.1
and MTB 7.2 as well as MTB 21.2 and MTB 21.2
(Machine Toolbalancer) measure unbalance with the highest degree of accuracy. The powerful microprocessor controlled measuring electronics possess a wide range of functions and use the "Polargraphic" display to clearly present the measuring results on a high resolution colour monitor. The Toolbalancers MTB 7.1 and MTB 21.1 are intended for use strictly when a very high level of static balancing accuracy is required, where- as the MTB 7.2 and MTB 21.2 toolholders may handle both static and dynamic balancing. Toolholder adapters with taper cone SK 30 and SK 40 (DIN 69871), also hollow shaft cones from HSK 25 to HSK 63 form A and C (DIN 69893 Part 1) or HSK 32 to HSK 80 form B and D (DIN 69893 Part 2) may be inserted into the balancing spindles of MTB 7.1 / 7.2. The larger balancing spindle of the MTB 21.1 / 21.2 further allow holding of toolholder adapters with taper cone SK 50 and hollow shaft cones HSK 80 / HSK 100 form A and C, as well as HSK 100 / HSK 125 form B and D. Special adapters are available on request. |
