From measurement to the dimensioned drawing. Software for automatic generation
of a dimensioned tool drawing taken from the measured actual dimensions of the

Graphic Manager and Generator »pictor«

Software for the management of graphic single components and parts lists, in order
to generate drawings of complete tools from component drawings automatically.
A graphic package containing more than 150 drawings for complete tools and
components included in price. Graphic interpreter for DXF (AutoCAD 10.0), BMP,
PNG, WMF, EMF, TGA, TIF and JPG.

Data Output "Grinding Machine" (XML format)

Basically ZOLLER-measuring machines »genius« are capable of outputting in the
network all measured parameters to be processed further. Data output is carried
out according to XML instructions. The measured data are available to the grinding
machine's manufacturer for further use in its grinding machine's control.
The measured parameter are for example tool length and idameter, chamfer angle,
chamfer breadth, chamfer length, corner radius, ball nose radius, cone angle, helical
angle, helical pitch, axial angle, hollow angle, rake angle, face rake angle, draft
angle 1 and 2 at cirumference, face draft angle 1 and 2, groove depth, radial chamfer
breadth, division tolerance, axial run-out, concentricity, step lengths, step diameter,
cylindricity. Installation and commissioning according to the valid installation rates,
customer-specific adaptations will be invoiced according to the time needed.
