The award-winning horizontal presetting and measuring series "hyperion"

ZOLLER »hyperion 250« is the horizontal series presetting and measuring devices for CNC-manufacturing.  It is ideal for turning lathes, single and multi-spindle automatic lathes.  Automatic cutting edge detection, vision system with tele-centric lens camera system and dynamic crosshairs.

•  Uses an additional CDD-camera for tool cutting edge identification
•  Crosshairs turnable and movable
•  Camera image is displayed on the monitor of the ZOLLER »pilot«
    vision system
•  Mismatching eccentricity can be exactly measured manually on the
    monitor using the cursor keys.
Lens system height adjustment
•  For the measurement of tool cutting edges in the Horizontal axis
•  The lens system adjustment is complemented by the rotational centre
    measuring software »inscreen«
•  The setting range equals ±25mm and is equipped with fine adjustment
•  Because the camera can be swiveled and locked in 3 positions, right
    and left-hand cutting lathe tools can be measured equally
