ZOLLER-»redomatic« is a combination
of a presetting and measuring machine
and an inductive shrink-clamping
machine including a water cooling
system.   In simple words: ZOLLER-»redomatic« is an all-rounder.

	High-Precision Spindle/Universal »A.C.E.« Concentricity truth 0.002 mm, pneumatic spindle brake and handwheel for optimum focusing of tool cutting edge 4x90° indexing device. Quick change device for adapter tool-posts and for power clamping of tools. Change-over truth 0.001 mm.

	Electronics »saturn 1« 2-Axes "D" Graphic operating screen under Windows®, adapter management for 999 zero points, tool management for at least 15,000 tools. Tolerance check for X/Z-measuring values. Radius, diameter or differential measurment can be selected for both axes and independent of each other. 	Automatic zero point monitoring Automatic zero point monitoring avoids crash, rejects, ma-chine downtimes and amortizes a ZOLLER-presetting- and measuring device immediately!

	Maxcontour »C.R.I.S.« Software for determination of the active area at tools such as ball nose cutters, milling heads, diesinking cutters, grinding wheel packs, form cutters and others. The new »C.R.I.S.« procedure from ZOLLER measures tools within the blurred area on the face considerably more precise than conventional procedures.

Features/Benefits

•	Shrink-clamping fixtures are heated to 350°C maximum. Reduced heating time of approximately 4 seconds.
•	No Structural transformations in the shrink-clamping fixture due to low temperature, short heating time and steady energy input. No "banana effect“ occurs in shrink holders due to direct heat dissipation.
•	ZOLLER-»redomatic« works with all shrink-clamping fixtures, irrespective of the manufacturer and does thus not depend on one single system.
•	It is possible to use all shrink-clamping fixtures according to standard. Tools can also be expanded.
•	Short cooling times due to a direct water cooling system, no adapter system.
•	Suitable for diameters 3 up to 32 mm, HM and HSS.
•	The image processing camera is not located within the induction coil area during heating and thus very safe. Optimum operation, with a few simple touches, no risk of injury for the operator.
•	No adapter change between shrinking process and measuring process owing to very short heating time and a special measuring and length adjustment system "ASZA“.
•	Coolant slots or clamping areas at the tool shank are not necessary. This means cost savings and better concentricity.
•	Low heating temperature, shrinking holders benefit from low heating time allowing more than 1,000 shrinking procedures for example in the case of Haimer-shrink-clamp fixtures.
•	The shrinking holders do not require an adjusting screw. This means cost reductions avoiding twisting resulting in tumbling errors.

Management of orders which are assigned to a particular machine. Management of the current availability/occupancy of the machine magazine.
