The Problem : With modern, highly productive processing machines, down times give rise to enormous costs. The fine abrasion (sludge) created by mechanical machining leads to high tool wear. Renewal of the cooling lubricants is unavoidable. |
Our Solution : Centrifuges guarantee the optimal state of the cooling lubricant. Separation of oil and solid material from the emulsion with the 3-phase centrifuge. Separation of solid material from the cooling lubricant with the 2-phase centrifuge. The solid material dried at maximum speed (patented) can be disposed of with the swarf- avoidance of special waste. These centrifuges can be optionally equipped with suction units in order additionally to suck the cooling lubricant from the tank of the processing machine and to clean the tank. Our Advantages : No filter required Remove up to particle size of 3 µm No staging needed for the used coolant |
