Large Ratio Automatic Back Counterboring & Spotfacing Tool

The simple HEULE BSF (Back Spot Facer) tool allows competitive back spotfacing and back counterboring without turning the workpiece for counterbores up to 2.3x bore diameter.

The BSF is specially designed for automatic operation and is ready for use immediately. It does not require a torque arm or any machine adaptations. It works without an anti-rotation device, nor change of turning direction or any machine adaptions.

The took works vertically and horizontally. Tool change is very simple and other tool components are replaced quickly.

The maximum possible counterboring diameter is 2.3 times the bore diameter.
Standard range for bore diameter 6.5 mm – 21.0 mm in 0.5 mm increments.
The tools can be activated both by internal coolant pressure ( min. 20 bar,
max. 50 bar) or compressed air (min. 6 bar).
The specially designed geometry of the tool ensures that chips and dirt are
reliably flushed out of the blade window during counterboring.
