Oil Separator |
| Description : The contaminated medium (emulsion / washing water) is pumped via the suction float into the oil separator where it flows upwards through the inclined lamella plates. Fine droplets of the foreign oil settle on the underside of the lamellas, combine to form larger drops, rise upwards due to buoyancy, collect in the drain channel and end up in the oil collection container. The solids sink to the top of the lamellas and slide down into the sludge container. The cleaned medium leaves the oil separator through the drain. |
Advantages : Oil separators, mobile or stationary. Continuous cleaning in the bypass stream Floats allow cleaning of the entire surface No machine downtime Safe operation through level monitoring Easy operation Longer usage cycles of your coolants, tools and detergents Clean and healthy working environment |
