APPLICATION
The F-SENSO 2 is a modular system for measuring the clamping force of clamping devices. It is used in the workshop, production area or laboratory to check the clamping force before and after a maintenance or repair operation of the clamping device as well as to check the clamping system in the machine tool.

TYPE
The F-SENSO 2 consists of a Senso module and a supplementary module, which varies depending on the application.
F-SENSO 2 Chuck modules:
for measuring the clamping force in lathe chucks (manual and power-operated) and vices.
F-SENSO 2 HSK modules:
for measuring the pull-in force of HSK clamping sets.
F-SENSO 2 SPK modules:
for measuring the pull-in force of clamping heads.

One Senso module for all measuring tasks
The F-SENSO 2 has a modular design. The Senso module included in the case contains all electronic components for data processing and wireless data transmission. The Senso module can, therefore, be used for all measuring tasks. All you need is a Senso module and the appropriate add-on module for the spective measuring task. The Senso module is then screwed onto the the respective add-on module using 3 screws.

Configuration: Two steps to your desired set

The right F-SENSO 2 set for you can be configured in just two steps as follows:
1. Selection of the appropriate configuration and
2. Selection of the desired type and size of the add-on module

First step: Selection of the appropriate design

There are two configurations to choose from:
Configuration 1 with ID no. 1414057 contains a tablet PC.
Configuration 2 with ID no. 1414056 does not contain a tablet PC.

This is intended for customers who are not allowed to use third-party end devices due to existing company guidelines or who already own an end device. Each version contains a USB stick with the corresponding software for operating the F-SENSO 2.

The two versions are supplied in a Röhm case and are made up as follows:

Second step: Selection of the desired type and size of the add-on module

In the second step, you can now determine a suitable add-on module in the required size.
Depending on your application requirements, you can choose between the Chuck, HSK and SPK add-on modules.
