DL2 - the deburring tool for small diameters The DL2 was originally developed for the machining of watch cases in cooperation with a renowned Swiss watchmaker. After the successful implementation under strict production conditions, the DL2 is now part of HEULE's standard product range. The DL2 tool rounds off the bottom end of the product range. Despite it's small dimensions, it meets the high customer requirements for process reliability and deburring quality. DL2 is characterised by it's robust design, simple handling and quick blade change. The demands on the deburring quality of the smallest bores are increasing all the time – such as in medical and electronic applications, the aircraft industry and the luxury watchmaking industry. |

Deburring of bore diameters from Ø1.0 mm – Ø2.1 mm. Working lengths range from 3.0 mm to 10.0 mm. Deburring size is approx. 0.15 mm radial. Very short cycle time. Maximum blade life thanks to integrated cooling of the cutting edge. Simple blade change directly in the machine. Machining of even and slightly uneven bore edges. The appropriate solution with a wide range of workpiece materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium or composite materials. |
